Curriculum Library Hours

Monday-Friday, 9:00am-3:00pm.  

An appointment is required to browse and/or check-out materials.


Can parents visit the library?

Yes.  Parents can schedule appointments through our online scheduling program: Sky Mountain Curriculum Library Online Scheduling  Individual appointments are scheduled on a first come first serve basis and are one hour in length. There is no limit as to how many times a family can visit the library, however we only make one appointment at a time.  Once the scheduled appointment has been completed the next appointment can be scheduled.


Can we bring our children to the library?

Children are welcome to come to the library.  While at the library children will remain under the care of their parent(s).  No food or drinks are allowed to avoid damage to materials.  There is space for children to sit should they choose to work on school work and wifi is available for academic purposes as well.


Material check out limits

Families are limited to checking out 15 items per enrolled student with a maximum of 45 items per family, per visit to the library.


Can parents check the availability of items at library before their appointment?

Parents can log onto Surpass to view our current non-consumable inventory. Your user name is the first and last name of the primary parent provided during the enrollment process (please remember to put a space between the first and last name).  User names are not case sensitive. The start up password is your mailing zip code. Once logged in for the first time you may change your password.


Can parents request items to be shipped to them?   

The library does not mail materials to families or ESs.


Can parents check out items for other enrolled families?

No.  When you check out materials you are accepting financial responsibility for the items therefore the parent receiving the item must be present.


Hold policy

The library does not hold items.


Can parents return items to library?

Items checked out from the library August 16, 2016 and later are to be returned to the library. Materials checked out from the library prior to August 16, 2016 are to be returned to their ES. Materials purchased with instructional funds or otherwise checked out from ESs are to be returned to the ES.
